Middle Java Engineer
Our client is a prominent German banking group delivering cutting-edge financial solutions through their online platform and analysis tools. As a key player in trading equities, funds, bonds, warrants, options, and futures they also offer tailored services for corporate clients.
Your Role:
Dive into technical tasks, driving implementation, design, and refactoring.
Lead code reviews and optimizations to ensure top-notch performance.
Contribute actively to team planning and estimations.
Engage in a customer-centric approach, analyzing requirements, planning sprints, and retrospectives.
Your Profile:
Accumulated at least 3 years of commercial experience.
Showcased expertise with Java (3+ years)
Mastered the Java ecosystem, including Spring framework, Hibernate, Maven, Junit, SQL, Oracle, XML, and Docker.
Proficient in RESTful services, microservices architecture, and RDBMS/SQL (preferably Oracle, Postgres).
Familiarity with SSR, REST, Sockets.
Exhibit strong algorithmic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Bring passion for agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and engineering practices (continuous integration, continuous delivery, test-driven development).
Thrive both independently and as a mindful contributor within a collaborative cross-functional Agile team.
Demonstrate intermediate + proficiency in English.
